Ilshin Construction Inc. will unveil Icheon Humanville Class One in Galsan-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, in July.
The complex will rise at 572-1 Galsan-dong and consist of eight buildings with two basement levels to 26 above-ground floors, totaling 536 units, all with an exclusive area of 84㎡.
Icheon Humanville Class One is about a 15-minute drive to the SK hynix Icheon campus. It also offers easy commutes to the headquarters of major corporations such as Oriental Brewery and Hitejinro.
Access is convenient to the Yeongdong Expressway Icheon IC and the Jungbu Expressway Seoicheon IC, and Seongnam–Icheon-ro connects to key Seoul metropolitan areas including Seongnam, Yongin, Gwangju, and Yeoju. Projects to expand metropolitan rail networks, including the GTX-D line and the Dongtan–Bubal line, are also underway, raising expectations for improved transportation conditions.
The Galsan–Jeungpo living area, where the complex will be built, is a central district in Icheon with high residential preference. Hannae Elementary School, Jeungpo Middle School, and Ihyeon High School are located near the complex, allowing students to walk to school, and it is also close to the Galsan-dong and Jeungpo-dong private education zones.
E-MART and Lotte Mart, Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Icheon Hospital, Icheon City Hall, the court, and Icheon Art Hall are all near the complex, providing daily-life, administrative, and cultural amenities.
Community facilities within the complex will include the Multigym Lounge, a half-court indoor gym; the Kids Lounge, a multi-purpose kids' space; and the Edu Lounge, which provides study areas. In addition, there will be a Golf Lounge, a Sports Lounge, and the H Lounge for social activities.
