Of these, 473 public-sale dwellings will be supplied this time. As a price-capped housing project, the sale price for the standard type ranges from 529.41 million won to 617.37 million won. The resale restriction period is three years, the re-winning restriction is 10 years, and there is no mandatory occupancy period.
