IPARK HDC joined hands with healthcare specialist corporations CERAGEM Co. to foster a wellness residential culture.

IPARK HDC said on Jan. 4 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) centered on this at CERAGEM Co.'s Seoul Town in Gangnam District, Seoul, on Jan. 2.

The companies expect to create synergy in setting standards for a future-oriented residential model centered on wellness. Going forward, the two will jointly study specialized services and content that can raise the quality of life for residents in projects pursued by IPARK HDC.

The first stage is Park Roche Seoul One, now being built in Nowon District, Seoul. After first introducing a new residential environment that incorporates healthcare there, they plan to expand its application to broader I'Park residential products.

The two companies plan to create a complex residential environment that goes beyond a place to sleep and rest, enabling people to manage their health naturally in daily life. To that end, they will develop health programs linked to on-site community facilities, provide healthcare services tailored to residents' lifestyles, and jointly conduct marketing activities.

Furthermore, they plan to build an "integrated wellness platform" that encompasses not only physical health but also mental respite, and will continue to develop a variety of services so residents can experience differentiated relaxation at home every day.

An IPARK HDC official said, "As a developer, by integrating specialized technological capabilities in healthcare into the process of developing an innovative residential model, this will serve as an opportunity to present a new direction for residential culture," adding, "Because this content is closely tied to daily life, we will work through collaboration to discover quality services and lay the foundation for creating a new residential environment."
