Hoban Construction said on the 4th that it will begin taking applications on Feb. 8 for "Hoban Summit Yangjae," a youth安心 (安心) housing project supplied in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
"Hoban Summit Yangjae" will be built at 187 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, with 1 building of 7 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 23–54 square meters, and a total of 224 dwellings. Of these, 138 dwellings will be supplied as public-supported private rental dwellings.
Applications will be accepted for three days from Feb. 8 to 10, with winners to be announced on Feb. 12. Contracts will run from Feb. 24 to 27.
Special supply is for youth and newlyweds, and general supply will be offered only under the newlywed category. Eligibility for general supply is newlyweds or prospective newlyweds ages 19 to 39 as of the date of the resident recruitment notice.
The complex is supplied as public-supported private rental dwellings, allowing residency for up to eight years, and all units are enrolled in the lease deposit guarantee insurance by Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG).
Yangjae Station, served by Subway Line 3 and the Shinbundang Line, is within walking distance, and development of the GTX-C line is planned.
The 54-square-meter exclusive type features a three-room layout, and all units come with standard appliances including an air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, cooktop, and microwave.
Planned community facilities include a fitness center, GX room, small library, seasonal storage, shared laundry room, and children's play facilities.
