Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 4th it plans to begin sales of Jangwi Prugio Mark One this month at 68-37 Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
Redeveloping Zone 10 of Jangwi New Town (Jangwi Redevelopment Promotion District), the complex will consist of 23 buildings with 1,931 homes from five floors underground to 35 floors aboveground. Of these, 1,032 homes with exclusive areas of 39–114㎡ will be offered for general sale.
