Hoban Summit Pungmu II, supplied in the Pungmu Station area in Gimpo, Gyeonggi, recorded an average competition rate of 5.8 to 1 in first-priority subscriptions.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription home on the 3rd, 3,072 people applied for 533 homes in the first-priority subscription for Hoban Summit Pungmu II held the previous day.
The highest competition rate came from the exclusive 59㎡A type. With 1,080 applicants for 42 homes, it recorded 25.7 to 1. Next were the exclusive 84㎡A at 10.7 to 1, and the exclusive 84㎡B at 3.8 to 1.
Hoban Summit Pungmu II is a multi-family dwellings project in Block C5 of the Pungmu Station area urban development project in Sau-dong, Gimpo. The complex will have 961 apartment homes and 98 balcony-type officetels, with move-ins scheduled for Jan. 2030.
The winners will be announced on the 10th, and the contract period will run for four days from the 22nd to the 25th.
