Fastfive said on the 2nd that it will open a new branch, "Songdo Central." Songdo Central will be Fastfive's new base in the greater Seoul area and its 15th branch to be offered under an outsourced management model.
The branch will be built as a 720-pyeong office located about a three-minute walk from Incheon National University station. Inside, it will feature a main lounge, a work lounge and meeting rooms, and it is adjacent to Central Park.
Songdo is a district equipped with an international business district, airport accessibility, and convention and hotel facilities, and is regarded as a place with demand from domestic and overseas corporations.
With the opening of Songdo Central, Fastfive has expanded its office operations beyond Seoul. The company said it plans to meet demand for domestic bases from global corporations, corporations based in the Incheon and Ansan industrial complexes, and second-office needs.
Kim Dae-il, CEO of Fastfive, said, "The entry into Songdo is an example of expanding our operating scope into a key business area in the greater Seoul region," adding, "We plan to continue operating strategies tailored to each region's business environment."
Meanwhile, Fastfive currently operates 60 shared office branches in Seoul and the greater Seoul area.
