Global commercial real estate specialist Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) Korea said on the 1st that it has been selected as the exclusive leasing advisor for the commercial facilities institutional sector of Sampyo Group's first real estate development project, the "Susaek DMC mixed-use development."
The mixed-use complex to be built this time is set to rise in the area near DMC Station and Susaek Station in Jeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. Among these, the total net leasable area of the commercial facilities is 5,178㎡. The site sits in a double-station catchment for two subway stations, with more than 40,000 office workers as a demand base and residential demand from 12,000 households in the Susaek–Jeungsan New Town.
Cushman & Wakefield Korea plans to shape this commercial space as a "lifestyle anchor (Anchor)" that takes root deeply in consumers' daily lives, beyond a store that simply sells goods. To that end, it plans to focus on arranging food and beverage (F&B) stores and entertainment elements.
Kim Seong-sun, deputy head of Cushman & Wakefield Korea, said, "We will create a distinctive commercial facility that leads trends in the Susaek commercial district through the global advisory capabilities and know-how we have accumulated."
