More than 38,000 homes are set to go on the market at 52 sites nationwide this month.
According to real estate research firm RealToday on the 1st, the number of homes scheduled for sale in June totals 52 sites with 38,571 units (including rentals, excluding officetels). Of these, 29,274 units are slated for general sales.
By region, general-sale supply comes to 15,612 units (53%) in the greater Seoul area and 13,662 units (47%) in the provinces. By city and province, Gyeonggi Province has the most with 9,373 units (32%), followed by South Gyeongsang 4,629 units (16%), Incheon 4,146 units (14%), South Chungcheong 2,554 units (9%), and Seoul 2,093 units (7%).
In Seoul, Seongbuk District's "Jangwi Prugio Mark One" (1,032 units), Dongjak District's "DE'FINE Artia" (171 units), Nowon District's "Wolgye Jungheung S-Class Riviere (tentative name)" (135 units), Dongjak District's "Dongjak Central Dongmun The East" (72 units), and Seocho District's "Hoban Summit Yangjae" (138 units) are expected to be offered.
In Gyeonggi Province, Pyeongtaek's "Hillstate Godeok Ellist" (2,122 units), Osan's "Bukosan Xi The Foret" (1,517 units), and Goyang's "Goyang Changneung S2" (1,024 units) are scheduled to be offered. In Incheon, Seo District's "The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park" (2,857 units) and Bupyeong District's "Sangok Station Xi Hills Haneulchae" (1,289 units) are expected to go on sale.
In the provinces, Gyeongsan's "Penta Hills W Complex 1" (1,712 units), Cheonan's "Cheonan Asan Station Grand City Phil House Block 1" (1,380 units), Gimhae's "Gimhae Sinmun Central IPark" (1,379 units), and Yangsan's "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky" (598 units) are expected to come to market.
