Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 29th it will recruit residents for 473 publicly sold units in Block C-27 of the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 residential development district.
This supply is the first offering of publicly sold housing in this district in about seven years since the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 A104 Block in 2019. The block is a mixed complex with 473 publicly sold housing units and 90 officetel units, of which 473 publicly sold units are being supplied this time.
It will consist of eight buildings with up to 20 floors and be offered in a single exclusive area of 84 square meters. It is configured in four types to allow selection to suit lifestyle. The sale price is subject to the price cap, averaging about 600 million won (17.76 million won per 3.3 square meters). A three-year resale restriction applies, but there is no occupancy requirement.
For subscription applications, special supply will take priority from June 9 to 10, followed by general supply over two days on the 11th and 12th. Winners will be announced on June 25, and contracts will be concluded in September. Move-in is scheduled for June 2029.
