BS Hanyang said on the 28th that it plans to begin sales in June for Milyang Suzain The First phases 1 and 2.
Milyang Suzain The First phases 1 and 2 is an apartment complex supplying a total of 1,066 homes across Jeonsapo-ri, Bubuk-myeon, Milyang, South Gyeongsang. BS Hanyang (65%), Daebo Construction (25%), and Kangsan Construction (10%) joined as a consortium.
Phase 1 will have 2 basement levels to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, totaling 744 homes. Of these, the New Home "general type" supply includes 426 homes—169 of 55㎡A, 100 of 59㎡A, and 157 of 59㎡B—with the remaining 318 supplied as integrated public rental units.
Phase 2 will have 1 basement level to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, with 322 homes in total. The New Home "general type" supply totals 114 homes—24 of 74㎡A and 90 of 84㎡A. The rest will be offered as the New Home "select type," allowing priority rental occupancy (6 years) followed by a choice on purchase.
Bubuk District, where the complex will be built, offers strong live-work proximity with the nearby Milyang Nano Convergence National Industrial Complex. It also has easy access to the Joongang Express Co. and the Hamyang–Ulsan Expressway, and KTX Milyang Station is about a 10-minute drive away. Daily-life infrastructure is well established, including Arirang Market, Sammun-dong commercial district, Milyang Municipal Library, and Sammun-dong Public Stadium.
