Hyundai Engineering will supply newly built apartments in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province.
Hyundai Engineering said on the 22nd it will open the model home for "Hillstate Siheung The Class," to be unveiled in Daeya-dong, Siheung.
Hillstate Siheung The Class is a complex of five buildings with 430 households, 2 underground floors to 27 aboveground floors, to be built at 140-5 Daeya-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi Province. Exclusive areas are 74 and 84 square meters. By type, there are 24 households of 74 square meters, 377 households of 84 square meters A, and 29 households of 84 square meters B.
Hillstate Siheung The Class is located in a station area. Seohae Line Siheung Daeya Station is about 250 meters in a straight line from the complex, making it easy to reach core areas of Seoul such as Yeouido, Gangnam, and Jongno. At Siheung City Hall Station, three stops away, the Wolgot-Pangyo Line (planned) and the Sinansan Line (planned) are set to open. At Bucheon Sports Complex Station, the Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX)-B Line (planned) is in the works. Seoul accessibility could improve going forward.
Access across the greater Seoul area by car is also good. With Siheung IC nearby, it is easy to enter the 1st Capital Area Ring Expressway and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway.
Nearby amenities are plentiful. There are shopping and medical facilities such as Lotte Mart, Starfield City, and Sincheon Union Hospital, as well as Siheung ABC Happiness Learning Town, Eungye 1 Community Center, and Eungye Lake Park. Schools including Daeya Elementary School, Daeheung Middle School, and Sorae High School are close.
Hyundai Engineering arranged the complex mainly to face south, considering sunlight and ventilation. All units are designed in a four-bay flat layout to enhance openness. Various storage spaces for residential convenience, such as an entryway storage, corridor pantry, and dressing room, are also provided.
The complex will also feature advanced systems befitting a new apartment. Hyundai Engineering applied "Hi-oT," a residential system that combines Hillstate's specialized system with appliances linked to the Internet of Things (IoT). Residents can also control lighting, heating, and home appliances by voice through an artificial intelligence (AI) voice-recognition switch. In addition, various advanced security and convenience systems will be installed, including an entryway monitoring mini wall pad, a one-pass system, all-around CCTV, smart parking location check, and an unmanned parcel system.
The complex will begin with special supply on the 27th of this month, first-priority subscriptions on the 28th, and second-priority subscriptions on the 29th. Winners will be announced on the 8th of next month, and standard contracts will proceed for three days from the 22nd to the 24th of the same month. Move-in is March 2029.
Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, where Hillstate Siheung The Class will be built, is a non-regulated area. Regardless of household head status or the number of dwellings, anyone age 19 or older residing in the capital region can apply for first-priority subscriptions if they meet certain subscription account requirements (12 months or longer and minimum deposits by region and housing type).
