Kyobo Realco said on the 21st it has been selected as the sell-side advisor for the sale of the Cheongnam Building in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The Cheongnam Building is an office facility near Dongjak-daero, located at Bangbae-dong 765-14 and one additional lot. The site area is 1,467.4㎡, and the total floor area is 6,966.8㎡, consisting of two underground levels and nine above ground. The exclusive-use ratio is 68.97%, allowing the use of about 4,800㎡ of total exclusive area, with a standard floor exclusive area of about 400㎡. There are 56 parking spaces in total.
Located along Dongjak-daero, the Cheongnam Building allows north-south travel in Seoul and is connected to the Gangnam and Seocho areas via Seocho-daero. It is a 10-minute walk to Isu Station. All tenants will vacate in September, allowing full possession of the building. The sale auction will be held at the end of June, and the transaction is planned to be finalized at the end of September.
