Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) and LIG Defense&Aerospace said on the 21st that they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen their business partnership.
On the 19th, the two companies held a signing ceremony at the LIGD&A Pangyo House research and development (R&D) center in Pangyo Techno Valley, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.
The agreement was arranged to use Ramada by Wyndham Gumi, operated by Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT), as a hub to strengthen the cooperation network between the two companies and promote mutual benefits.
Under the agreement, Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) will provide stable room supply and tailored business services to LIGD&A employees using the Ramada by Wyndham Gumi hotel.
In particular, rooms will be provided based on an annual fixed-contract rate system, and discounts for use of banquet halls and seminar rooms, as well as customized business services, will also be offered.
LIGD&A plans to prioritize reviewing hotels operated by Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) when arranging business trips and corporate events for employees to improve work efficiency and the level of employee welfare.
Ramada by Wyndham Gumi is a business hotel located at 41, Indongjungang-ro 3-gil, Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, with a total of 210 rooms, including 36 suites. It also operates various amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, conference rooms, and fitness facilities.
A Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co.
