Altiero Gwang-an, a hyper-end complex rising on the former Busan MBC site, will begin sales next month.
Altiero Gwang-an will be built at 316-2 Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan. It will offer 366 units in five buildings up to 27 stories above ground, with exclusive areas of 151–191 square meters. By type, the unit counts are ▲151㎡, 75 units ▲153㎡, 69 units ▲154㎡, 96 units ▲160㎡, 99 units ▲191㎡, 27 units. All units are large formats that are scarce in the sales market.
Leveraging the site's topographical features that form an ocean rich belt centered on views of the Gwangan Bridge, the complex offers a panoramic ocean view stretching from Haeundae to Gwangalli Beach. It also applies specialized designs that allow residents to enjoy Suyeong River views at the same time.
Altiero Gwang-an offers convenient public transportation and access on foot to the Gwang-an commercial district. It also provides easy travel to major East Busan living zones such as Haeundae and Centum City via the Gwangan Bridge.
Convenience and medical facilities are in place near the complex. In addition to shops in the Gwang-an living area, residents can also use the Centum living area, which has Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Department Store, and Homeplus Co.
Around Altiero Gwang-an, large-scale complexes totaling 12,000 units, including "DE'FINE Gwang-an" and "Raemian Suyeong The First," are slated to be built.
In line with its status as a hyper-end complex, Altiero Gwang-an has adopted a curtain wall method that finishes the entire exterior with glass. DnSP, a group of environmental design experts, participated in the architectural design of the common areas. Perkins Eastman took part in the facade-specialized design. Landscaping is being carried out in collaboration with the global landscape architecture firm PWP.
Inside the units, premium finishes include "Febal Casa," an Italian luxury premium kitchen brand, "Esta Parket," a Nordic solid wood flooring brand, and "Fantini," an Italian luxury faucet brand.
For community facilities, "CLUB ALTIERO" will introduce an outdoor infinity pool, fitness, golf club, squash court, book lounge, and dining lounge. In particular, it will provide breakfast and dinner services in collaboration with CJ Freshway.
A sales official said, "Altiero Gwang-an is not simply a new supply coming to market, but is being prepared to be reborn as a new landmark within the rich belt."
The Altiero Gwang-an gallery is scheduled to open in June at 650-2 U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan.
