To keep living spaces from remaining mere physical areas, it provides environments designed down to light, sound, circulation, and senses, so residents can encounter a "living experience."
GS Engineering & Construction is moving away from layouts with limited views to realize panoramic vistas. Its patented "panorama-view structure" removes columns at corners to minimize visual interference and expands the view by about 20% to 25% compared with conventional layouts. At the same time, it secured structural stability through reinforcing members that bear loads and slab-joining technology.
It also brings a residential experience that adds sensory depth to daily life through music. Through Xi Soundscape, GS Engineering & Construction designs optimized music along everyday paths such as building entrances, walking trails, and community spaces, providing distinct auditory experiences for each space. In collaboration with APLAYZ, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based music platform company, it also applied an automatic curation system that reflects time-of-day, weather, and environmental data.
Light Scape is a concept that extends lighting beyond a simple function to a component of architectural design. Developed in collaboration with Light Cibles, a French lighting design company, and ALTO, a lighting specialist, it is based on the core principles of Balanced Light, Seamless Light, and human-centric lighting (HCL). This creates spaces that feel complete both day and night and offers nature-like relaxation even within the city.
