Doosan Engineering & Construction Co.'s "Doosan We've Triniview Gumyung Station," supplied in Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, Busan, opened first-priority subscriptions on the 19th. The complex features a curtain wall-look exterior, glass railings for all units, and park-style landscaping. About 10,000 people visited the model home, which opened on the 15th, over the three-day weekend.
The complex will comprise eight buildings with 3 underground floors to 26 above-ground floors, totaling 839 households, of which 288 units with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.
The exterior will feature a signature wall reflecting the We've pattern and a partial curtain wall-look design. The addition of specialized designs for rooftop structures and roof parapets creates a grand facade, and nighttime landscape lighting is also planned. A specialized gate will be installed at the main entrance, and glass railings will be introduced for all units to enhance openness and exterior completeness.
The complex provides a pleasant residential environment with park-style landscape design. In addition to a south-facing layout, the complex secures a broad ventilation corridor and offers efficient pedestrian circulation. At the center of the site, "Green Plaza" and "Community Plaza" will be created, along with themed gardens, a children's playground, and other diverse landscaped spaces.
Community facilities will include a golf practice range, a screen golf practice range, fitness, and a GX room. A cooperative childcare facility, a daycare center, a small library, a reading room, and study rooms will also be provided.
The "I Mom Busan Plan," Busan City's childbirth encouragement policy, will also apply. Of the 288 general-sale units, 210 units, or about 73%, qualify for a 5% special discount. Households with multiple children can receive benefits for 126 units, and newlyweds for 84 units. A flat first down payment of 10 million won and interest-free mid-term payments will also be offered.
The transportation environment is also strong. Gumyung Station on Busan Metro Line 2 is right in front of the complex, and Gupo Station, an interchange for KTX and Busan Metro Line 3, is within walking distance. There is excellent access to Gupo Bridge, Riverside Road, Namhae Expressway, and Jungang Expressway, and travel to East Busan is convenient via the Mandeok–Centum Urban Expressway (deep-bored).
For education, Garam Middle School and Gupo Elementary School, which adjoin the complex, are within walking distance.
The subscription schedule proceeds with first-priority applications on the 19th and second-priority on the 20th. Winners will be announced on the 27th, and the formal contract period will run for three days from June 8 to 10.
