SK ecoplant said on the 18th that it won the contract for the reconstruction of the Shinbanpo 20th Apartment complex.
The Shinbanpo 20th reconstruction project will build four buildings with 4 underground floors to 35 aboveground floors, totaling 190 apartments, along with ancillary welfare facilities at 60-78 Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The total contract amount is about 204.8 billion won.
The site sits in the Banpo–Jamwon living area on a key axis of Gangnam, offering premium transportation access. Line 7 Banpo Station is about a 2-minute walk, and Line 3 Jamwon Station is about a 7-minute walk away. Olympic-daero and the Gyeongbu Expressway are nearby, making it convenient to reach all parts of Seoul and the greater metropolitan area by car.
Education infrastructure is also strong. Schools such as Banwon Elementary School, Wenchon Elementary School, Gyeongwon Middle School, Wenchon Middle School, and Cheongdam High School are available, and the Banpo private academy district is also nearby. Residents can enjoy a variety of lifestyle infrastructure including Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam branch, NewCore Outlet, Banpo Shopping Town, and the underground shopping mall at the Seoul Express Bus Terminal, and there is abundant surrounding green space such as Jamwon Hangang Park and Banpo Hangang Park.
