The complex will consist of eight buildings with three basement levels to 26 above-ground floors, totaling 839 units with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters, of which 288 units will be offered to the general public.

To qualify for special supply, applicants must meet the no-home-ownership household member requirement as of the initial resident recruitment announcement date (limited to no-home-ownership household heads for elderly-parent support). Under this year's revised subscription system, spouses can apply concurrently, widening the chances of winning. Busan Metro Line 2's Gumyeong Station is right in front of the complex, and Gupo Station—served by KTX and Metro Line 3—is within walking distance, creating a "triple-station" location.
In terms of roadway access, Gupo Bridge and Riverside Boulevard, major arterials in western Busan, are nearby, and access to the Namhae Expressway and Jungang Expressway is easy via Deokcheon and Samnak interchanges. Using the Mandeok–Centum urban expressway (deep tunnel) also enables quick travel to key hubs in eastern Busan.
