Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 18th that it will begin sales in June of Summit Clavion, to be supplied as a high-end brand in Singil New Town.
Summit Clavion, to be built at 3590 Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, is a complex supplied through the Singil 10 redevelopment promotion zone housing reconstruction project. Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) is the project executor, and Daewoo Engineering & Construction is the builder. It will have 8 buildings with 4 basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 812 apartment dwellings ranging from 44 to 84 square meters of exclusive area. Of these, 176 units of small and midsize types with exclusive areas of 44 to 59 square meters are allocated for general sale.
The complex name Summit Clavion combines CLAVIS, Latin for key and essence, with ON, which emphasizes heft. It signifies a symbolic key that opens the consolidation of the city and the final puzzle piece completing Singil New Town. Planned as the largest new town south of the Han River with 14 zones and about 16,000 households, Singil New Town will welcome its first high-end complex with Summit Clavion.
The complex has a location within the station influence area of Sinpung Station on Seoul Subway Line 7. Via Line 7, residents can travel in one go without transfers to core business districts in Gangnam, including the Seoul Digital National Industrial Complex, Express Bus Terminal, Nonhyeon, Hak-dong, and Gangnam-gu Office Station.
