GS Engineering & Construction said on the 18th that it hosted the "Gran Open Day" event at its headquarters building in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 16th, inviting about 200 employees and their families.
The event focused on employees' families with young children. To help kids experience their parents' workplace and feel a sense of closeness, it offered a variety of programs, including a "safety equipment experience zone" and "terrarium making." On the rooftop, the company set up various hands-on play areas, such as an air bounce.
A GS Engineering & Construction official said, "We organized this event to help spread a family-centered, flexible organizational culture," adding, "We plan to continue expanding family-friendly programs that allow employees and their families to empathize and communicate together."
