HAUTERRE Banpo, rebuilt by POSCO E&C in Sinbanpo 21st in Seocho-gu, Seoul, has sold out with 100% of contracts completed.
According to POSCO E&C on the 14th, HAUTERRE Banpo completed contracts early this month for all 86 units offered for general sale.
On the 13th of last month, HAUTERRE Banpo recorded a competition ratio of 710.2 to 1 in the first-priority subscription for the applicable area conducted through the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) Cheongyak Home.
HAUTERRE Banpo aims to be a high-end complex. Community facilities include a large fitness center, GDR screen golf, a private cinema, and an indoor smart green farm, and a sky café for residents was created on the sky bridge above the complex.
A sales official at POSCO E&C said, "Starting with Banpo, we will continue to expand the competitiveness of the HAUTERRE brand in prime Gangnam-area locations such as Sinbanpo and Bangbae, and we will make every effort to manage finishing quality so we can meet customer expectations through move-in."
