Doosan Engineering & Construction Co. said on the 14th it will open a model home and begin the sales schedule for Doosan We've Triniview Gumyeong Station, which it is introducing at 999 Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, Busan.
Doosan We've Triniview Gumyeong Station will comprise eight buildings from three basement levels to 26 floors above ground, totaling 839 households. Of these, 288 households with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters will be offered for general sale. The model home will be located around 23 Geumgok-daero, Busan (in front of Exit 7 of Deokcheon Station) and will open on the 15th.
The complex's exterior walls will partially feature a signature wall and curtain-wall look reflecting the We've pattern. In addition, the rooftop structure and specialized rooftop parapet (motorized) complete a grand facade, and nighttime landscape lighting is planned so it can shine even in the dark. A specialized main gate will be installed at the main entrance, and all units will use glass railings instead of metal ones to avoid obstructing views, enhancing openness and exterior aesthetics.
The complex is designed as a "park-style complex (Park-style Prestige)." With a south-facing oriented layout and wide view corridors that secure wind paths and sightlines within the grounds, it delivers a spacious and pleasant residential environment.
Community facilities will include a golf practice range, a screen golf practice range, fitness, and a GX room. In addition, joint childcare facilities, a senior center, and a daycare center will be created, along with a small library, a reading room, and study rooms.
The complex will apply the "I-Mom Busan Plan," which Busan City is implementing to foster a child-rearing-friendly environment. Of the 288 households for general sale, 210 households, or 73%, are eligible for a 5% special discount under the I-Mom Busan Plan. Specifically, the benefits will go to 126 multi-child households and 84 newlywed households. In effect, more than seven out of 10 general-sale units will receive a discount.
Right in front of the complex is Gumyeong Station on Busan Metro Line 2, and Gupo Station, an interchange for KTX and Metro Line 3, is within walking distance, creating a "triple station area." Gupo Bridge and Riverside-daero are nearby, and the Deokcheon and Samnak interchanges and the Mandeok–Centum Urban Expressway (deep tunnel) provide a wide-area road network connecting to downtown Busan and major cities in South Gyeongsang Province.
