DL E&C said on the 14th that it will open the dwellings exhibition hall for "ACRO River Sky," which will rise in Seoul's Dongjak District, starting on the 15th. ACRO River Sky is a high-end brand apartment complex to be built in Noryangjin New Town, which connects major business districts such as Yeouido, Gangnam and Yongsan.
The dwellings exhibition hall for ACRO River Sky will be set up at 2741 Nambusunhwan-ro, Gangnam District, Seoul, in front of Exit 1 of Maebong Station on Subway Line 3.
ACRO River Sky is a complex unveiled through the Noryangjin District 8 redevelopment promotion zone dwellings redevelopment and maintenance project. It consists of 10 buildings with 4 underground floors to 29 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 36–140㎡, totaling 987 households. The general sale supply is 285 households.
ACRO River Sky is near Noryangjin Station, an interchange station for Subway Lines 1 and 9, allowing quick access to Seoul's major business districts. It is also a "school-adjacent apartment" connected to Yeonghwa Elementary School, and Yeongdeungpo Middle School, Yeongdeungpo High School, Sungui Girls' Middle School and Sungui Girls' High School are within walking distance. Accessibility is excellent to large shopping facilities such as E-MART Yeouido, E-MART Yeongdeungpo, The Hyundai Seoul, IFC Mall and Times Square. Large hospitals such as The Catholic University of Korea Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital, Chung-Ang University Hospital and Seoul Metropolitan Boramae Hospital are also nearby.
DL E&C planned a high-quality landscape by applying three-dimensional specialized premium finishes to the low-rise elevations along the complex's main roads and to the outer sidewall sections, befitting a complex bearing the high-end ACRO brand. By dwellings type, bedroom dressing rooms, an entry pantry and a hallway pantry are also provided.
In particular, DL E&C planned a larger daycare center for this complex than elsewhere to create a child-friendly environment. Community facilities for children include the indoor playground Kids Lounge (Community Care Center), a Kids Station for safe drop-off and pick-up, and private study rooms in the style of individual study cubicles.
In addition, the high-end community "Club ACRO" will be introduced. Spaces will be provided for residents' wellness lifestyles, including fitness, a Pilates room, a G.X room, a P.T room, a screen golf lounge with fully private bays at every stall, a sauna and a sports court.
A sky lounge for residents will also be created. For landscaping, the "ACRO Garden Collection," blending ACRO's signature design, will be applied.
Applications for the complex will proceed with special supply on the 26th of this month, first-priority for the relevant area on the 27th, first-priority for other areas on the 28th and second-priority on the 29th. Winners will be announced on Jun. 5, and the legitimate contracts will be concluded over five days from Jun. 20 to 24. Move-in is scheduled for Aug. 2029.
For general supply, as of the announcement date, first-priority eligibility is given to those age 19 or older who have lived in Seoul for two years or more, or who live in the capital region (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon), have held a subscription savings account for 24 months or more, and meet the region- and size-specific deposit requirements. A 10-year re-winning restriction and a 3-year resale restriction apply. There is no mandatory residency period.
