Taeyoung E&C said on the 13th that "Metro City Jasang Desiang," supplied in Jasang-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang, sold out all types in first-priority subscriptions.
According to Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription data, in the first-priority subscriptions held on the 12th, 4,787 applications were submitted for 339 units excluding special supply, recording an average competition rate of 14.12 to 1. For the 84㎡A exclusive-use type, 735 applications were filed for 12 units, marking the highest competition rate of 61.25 to 1.
Earlier, more than 15,000 people visited the model home over three days after its opening, and 968 people applied for 403 units in the special supply.
Sale prices were set at the 390 million won range for 59㎡ exclusive use, the 430 million won range for 72㎡, and the 530 million won range for 84㎡. Terms such as a 5% down payment, interest-free interim payments, and no resale restrictions also applied.
The complex will consist of 12 buildings with 2 underground floors to 33 above-ground floors, totaling 1,250 units, of which 739 units sized 59–84㎡ exclusive use will be offered to the general public.
Within the complex, a total of 14 community facilities are planned, including a private movie theater, fitness center, indoor golf practice range, and sauna, as well as a cafe-style library, study rooms, and kids' play spaces.
In addition, the layout focuses on south-facing orientation and adopts a park-style complex design, and glass-railing windows for all units provide a sense of openness.
Muhak Elementary School is located in front of the complex, a public daycare center is planned, and the area offers a strong school district with nearby middle and high schools.
Winners will be announced on May 19, and the formal contract period will run from June 1 to 4.
A Taeyoung E&C official said, "Interest in the sale price, contract terms, and product appeal translated into the subscription results," and noted, "We expect contracts to proceed smoothly as well."
