Daebang Construction said on the 13th that it held the opening ceremony for the "Okjeong Jungang Station Theter" model house in Okjeong New Town on the 9th of last month.
A sketch video from the opening ceremony was released on Daebang Construction's official YouTube channel and included key scenes such as the ribbon-cutting and unit tours.
Koo Kyo-un, chair of Daebang Group, attended the event and emphasized the brand's direction, and Han Hyo-joo, Daebang Construction's exclusive model, also visited the site to look around the complex model and units.
Koo said, "We will do our best so that this complex, located in a prime spot in Okjeong New Town, can establish itself as a flagship apartment," adding, "We will deliver quality befitting the location."
The complex will consist of 3,660 households in buildings from five floors underground to as high as 49 floors above ground, of which 2,807 apartment units will be supplied. Exclusive 84㎡ units account for about 73% of the total.
Okjeong Lake Park, about 160,000㎡ in size, is on the east side of the complex, and to the south is a cram school district clustered with institutes and commercial facilities. Elementary, middle, and high schools are also within walking distance.
The sample house is located around 949-1 and 949-2 Okjeong-dong, Yangju.
