Soyo Hannam by Parnas, which will be Seoul's first high-end senior residence, will open its gallery on the 15th and begin its sales schedule. Soyo Hannam by Parnas will be built at 730 Hannam-daero in Yongsan District, Seoul, with five basement levels and seven above ground, a total floor area of about 16,000 square meters, and 111 units. Construction is by POSCO E&C.
Applications will be accepted over two days on May 25 and 26, and winners will be announced on the 27th. The contract signing period is scheduled for the 28th to the 30th.
Soyo Hannam by Parnas applied a site layout and facade design that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape while securing independence. All units are planned with a south-facing, slab-type layout focused on daylighting and ventilation efficiency, and the entrances for residences, retail, and ancillary facilities are separated to reduce traffic interference. Dedicated entrances for each building also enhance residents' safety and privacy.
The interior is handled by Jongkim Design Studio, known for space branding, adding a level of finish befitting high-end living. The design is by Haeahn Architecture, a leading domestic architectural firm. The landscape design involves Seoahn Landscape and Design Studio loci, reflecting the design philosophy of landscape architect Jeong Young-seon, who participated in large-scale projects such as Seonyudo Park, the Cheonggyecheon restoration, and the Seoul Arts Center. A circular landscape plan draws the Namsan green axis from the entrance to the central courtyard, and the courtyard, which blends natural light and water features, will be created as a space for reflection and rest.
Along the complex boundary, a circular walking trail of about 150 meters will be provided. Through a three-dimensional planting plan that allows residents to feel the changes of seasons and time, residents can experience nature up close in daily life. The plan is to go beyond landscaping for viewing and complete it as lifestyle-oriented landscaping that enables walking, relaxation, and socializing.
About 50 square meters of ancillary facilities per unit will be provided, offering generous community spaces. The first floor will feature a welcome lobby, concierge station, The Listening Library, Atelier Market, tea house, private desks, and all-day dining, creating an ambiance like a hotel lobby.
Wellness and sports facilities will also be varied. A healthcare lounge, indoor golf practice range, sauna, fitness zone, endless pool, hydro-wellness pool, and outdoor jacuzzi are planned. It will be created as a wellness-centered space where spa and sauna, pool, fitness, and private golf training facilities can be enjoyed in one place.
A sales official said, "Soyo Hannam by Parnas is a high-end senior residence where architecture, landscaping, interior, operating services, and healthcare are organically combined," adding, "There are high expectations that it will be a landmark that not only considers residents' safety, health, leisure, and social activities, but also allows them to enjoy Hannam-dong's rich infrastructure."
The Soyo Hannam by Parnas gallery will open around 111-3 Itaewon-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul. Visitors can experience the quality and details of the actual living spaces through Soyo Hannam's representative units, and in the private AV room, they can appreciate the life philosophy and brand story Soyo Hannam pursues. The gallery operates by advance reservation only, and reservations can be made through the official website and main phone number.
