HanmiGlobal, a construction project management (PM) specialist, said on the 13th it will hire entry-level employees for the first half of 2026 through the 29th. The recruitment aims to secure global talent to drive future growth engines as the company expands participation in nuclear power projects and accelerates business development in overseas markets including the United States, Poland, and Saudi Arabia.
The hiring categories are PM roles in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or higher from Korea or abroad, or be set to graduate in August, and be able to join in August 2026. The same requirements apply to foreign applicants. Those with up to three years of relevant experience may also apply, and applicants who majored in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering; hold relevant engineer certifications; have strong language skills or a second foreign language; are eligible for national veterans' benefits; have disabilities; or have children will be given preference.
After two weeks of onboarding, entry-level hires will have opportunities for training at overseas subsidiaries and project sites in countries including the United States, Poland, Vietnam, and India. The company will also run various training programs to help them grow into global talent.
