Taeyoung E&C said that Metro City asset Desian, which it is supplying in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, began its full-scale sales schedule on the 11th with the start of special supply.
Applications for first-priority subscriptions will be accepted on the 12th, and second-priority on the 13th. Winners will be announced on the 19th, followed by document submission from the 23rd to the 27th, and legitimate contracts from June 1 to 4.
Metro City asset Desian, which opened its model home on the 8th, drew strong interest, with about 15,000 visitors over three days through the weekend. Visitors flocked to the model home from the first day, and lines formed throughout the weekend with people waiting to enter.
Visitors looked over the complex model and units and received consultations on sales prices, floor plans, subscription eligibility, and contract terms. Interest was particularly strong because it is a large-scale brand apartment being supplied in Masanhappo-gu for the first time in about five years.
The complex applies financial terms such as a 5% down payment and interest-free interim payments, and 739 units of 59–84 square meters of exclusive area are being sold to the general public.
Metro City asset Desian is being created through the asset district dwelling redevelopment and maintenance project at 83-2, Jasandong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang, and will consist of 12 buildings with two basement levels to 33 above-ground floors, totaling 1,250 dwellings.
The complex will be built as a park-style complex with a south-facing layout, ample distance between buildings, and flatland design, and all units will feature glass-balustrade windows, with some units offering views of Masan Port.
Planned community facilities total 14 types, including a private theater, fitness center, indoor golf practice range, screen tennis court, sauna, study room, and a cafe-style library.
The complex is located adjacent to the foothills of Muhaksan and Chusan Neighborhood Park, and residents can access living infrastructure such as Lotte Mart, E-MART, and Shinsegae Department Store, as well as transportation facilities including the Masan Express Bus Terminal and KTX Masan Station.
The model home is located at 317-1, Odong-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang, and move-ins are scheduled for Jan. 2029.
