Cushman & Wakefield Korea, a global real estate consulting firm, said on the 10th that it is carrying out retail consulting services for the reconstruction association of Apgujeong District 3 in Seoul.
Cushman & Wakefield Korea previously worked with Samsung C&T to help win bids for the redevelopment projects of Banpo District 3 and Yongsan District 3, and with Daewoo Engineering & Construction it presented a differentiated commercial facilities blueprint in the bidding wars for the reconstruction of Sajik District 2 in Busan and the Gongjak Apartment complex in Yeouido.
Cushman & Wakefield Korea plans to provide consulting for the development of a detailed strategy to ensure the success of commercial facilities, as in ultra-high-end complexes like Apgujeong District 3, where the success of commercial facilities is directly tied to the brand value of the complex.
