Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) said on the 7th that the Bukgajwa District 6 dwellings reconstruction and maintenance project in Bukgajwa-dong 6, Seodaemun District, Seoul (hereinafter Bukgajwa District 6), for which it serves as project agent, successfully concluded a regular general meeting to establish the project implementation plan.
According to Hantosin, at the regular general meeting held on Apr. 27, the Bukgajwa District 6 association passed all agenda items, including the "approval of the draft project implementation plan," with 1,115 of the 1,213 total members in attendance (92% attendance) voting in favor.
A Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) official said, "The successful conclusion of this meeting was the result of collaboration between the association and the trustee serving as the project agent." Since the election of a new association head in July last year, the association has been working closely with Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) to accelerate the permitting process.
Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust Co. (KOREIT) and the association plan to use this meeting as a springboard to carry out follow-up procedures, including applying for approval of the project implementation plan and establishing the management and disposal plan.
