Hoban Construction said on the 5th it will begin sales this month for Hoban Summit Pungmu II in the Pungmu station area of Gimpo.
Hoban Summit Pungmu II is a mixed-use complex at the core C5 block of the Pungmu station area, offering immediate access to transit.
Hoban Summit Pungmu II will be built at 527-1, Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi. The apartment complex will have five buildings with 961 households, from three floors underground to 38 floors above ground, and the balcony-type officetel will have one building with 98 units, from two floors underground to 26 floors above ground.

The Gimpo Pungmu station area is an urban development district spanning about 880,000㎡ around Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi. Centered on Pungmu Station, a mini new-town scale project is underway that combines apartments with commercial, office, medical, and educational facilities.
The C5 block, where Hoban Summit Pungmu II will be developed, is close to Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line. After the preliminary feasibility study for the Line 5 Gimpo–Geomdan extension passed final review, Pungmu Station is expected to become a dual-station hub where the Gimpo Gold Line and Line 5 intersect. Road access is also strong. Yeouido, Gangnam, and other major business districts in Seoul are easily reachable via Gimpo Hangang-ro and Gimpo-daero.
Sites for a kindergarten, an elementary school, and a middle school have been secured near the complex, and residents can use the cram school districts around Pungmu Station and Sau Station. Large amenities including E-MART Traders, Homeplus Co., and CGV are also located nearby. The Gimpo Medical Campus is being built within the Pungmu station area, with the goal of opening university facilities in 2028 and a 500-bed general hospital in 2031.
Community facilities will include popular options such as a golf practice range and fitness center, along with a cinema multi-room, indoor playground, smart play zone, and smart remote health care service. Parking will be 1.46 spaces per household for the apartments and 1.38 spaces per unit for the balcony-type officetel.

Meanwhile, the Hoban Summit Pungmu II model home will be set up at 547-8, Sau-dong, Gimpo (near Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line).
