Taeyoung E&C said on the 6th it will open the model home for "Metrocity asset Desiang," which will rise in Jasan-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang, on the 8th and begin full-scale sales.
"Metrocity asset Desiang" will be supplied through the asset zone housing redevelopment maintenance project at 83-2 Jasan-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang. The complex will consist of 12 buildings from two floors underground to 33 floors above ground with 1,250 households in total, of which 739 units sized 59–84 square meters for exclusive use will be offered to the general public.
The general supply by exclusive area is ▲59㎡A 222 units ▲59㎡B 27 units ▲72㎡A 253 units ▲72㎡B 114 units ▲84㎡A 27 units ▲84㎡B 96 units. All units are small to mid-size under 85 square meters for exclusive use, which are highly preferred by end users.
Buyers can sign with a 5% down payment (first installment flat 10 million won) and interest-free bridge loans, and there is no resale restriction. Special supply begins on the 11th, with first-priority applications on the 12th and second-priority on the 13th. Winners will be announced on the 19th, followed by contract signings for four days from June 1 to 4.
For first-priority applications, residents of Changwon (South Gyeongsang), Ulsan, or Busan who are age 19 or older with at least six months of subscription account membership and who meet the region- and size-specific deposit requirements can apply regardless of the number of dwellings owned, whether as head of household, household member, or homeowner. The applicable area is residents of Changwon, and other areas include residents of South Gyeongsang Province, Busan Metropolitan City, and Ulsan Metropolitan City. As a private dwelling supplied in a non-regulated area, it is not subject to rewinning restrictions or mandatory occupancy periods.
"Metrocity asset Desiang" is a complex that continues the lineage of the "Metrocity" brand, which has established itself as a local landmark in Changwon. The plan is to complete a "Metrocity" brand town totaling 7,055 households.
Muhak Elementary School is located in front of the complex, allowing children to walk to school safely, and there is also a planned public daycare center within the complex, an affiliated kindergarten, and schools such as Masan Middle School and Masan High School. Major transportation hubs such as Masan Express Bus Terminal, KTX Masan Station, and Seomasan IC are about 15 minutes away by car, offering both urban accessibility and a wide-area transportation network.
The "Metrocity asset Desiang" model home is at 317-1, Odong-dong, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang, with move-ins scheduled for Jan. 2029.
