GS Engineering & Construction said on the 6th that it plans to begin sales this month for Baekseok Signature Xi in Baekseok 5 District, Baekseok-dong, Seobuk District, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province.
Baekseok Signature Xi is a complex being built through the Baekseok 5 District urban development project, consisting of 13 buildings from two basement levels to up to 28 stories above ground, with 854 households in Block 1 and 320 households in Block 2, for a total of 1,174 households. All units will be offered for general sale, and the number of units by exclusive area is as follows: ▲59㎡ 50 households ▲63㎡ 27 households ▲74㎡ 196 households ▲84㎡ 819 households ▲99㎡ 78 households ▲115㎡ 4 households.
The complex is adjacent to the Buldang living area in Cheonan. Major conglomerates in Cheonan, including Samsung SDI, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Display, are located near the complex. Cheonan General Industrial Complexes 2, 3, and 4, the foreign-investor-only industrial complex, and the Baekseok agro-industrial complex are also nearby. KTX Cheonan-Asan Station is close, making it convenient to use.
The complex secures lighting and ventilation by applying 4 to 4.5-bay cross-ventilation floor plans to all units, and expands storage with features such as alpha rooms, pantries, and dressing rooms depending on the unit type. Community facilities will include a fitness center and sauna, a cafe lounge, a sunken plaza, a study room, a small library, an indoor golf practice range, screen golf, and a guesthouse. A sky lounge will be created on the top floors of some buildings.
Meanwhile, the model home for Baekseok Signature Xi is scheduled to be set up at 1517, Buldang-dong, Seobuk District, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and move-ins are planned for 2029.
