Goduk International New Town Sujin Punggyeongchae complexes 1 and 2 are multifamily housing to be built across two blocks (Abc-14, Abc-61) in Goduk International New Town, with two complexes totaling 1,126 households. Complex 1 (Abc-14) will be built with two underground floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 670 households, and complex 2 (Abc-61) will be built with two underground floors to 23 above-ground floors, totaling 456 households.
The complexes consist of exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 101㎡. For complex 1, ▲84㎡A 181 households ▲84㎡B 147 households ▲84㎡C 97 households ▲101㎡ 245 households will be offered for general sale, and for complex 2, ▲84㎡A 123 households ▲84㎡B 105 households ▲84㎡C 61 households ▲101㎡ 167 households will be supplied.
Based on the exclusive 84㎡, the average presale price is in the mid-$500,000 range. Complex 2 has no owner-occupancy requirement, so resale is possible immediately after move-in. A BS Hanyang official said, "With the presale price cap applied, expectations for capital gains are added, and we expect even interest from both end users and investors."
For residents, Seojeong-ri Station, where the metropolitan subway Line 1 express stops, is available, and Pyeongtaek Jije Station is one stop away for SRT access. A BRT (bus rapid transit) route that circulates within Goduk International New Town is also planned in front of the complex.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 11th, followed by first-priority applications on the 12th and second-priority applications on the 13th. Winners will be announced on the 19th for complex 1 and the 20th for complex 2, allowing duplicate applications. Winner contracts will be conducted for four days from June 1 to 4. Regardless of residence, any adult age 19 or older can apply for subscriptions regardless of whether they are the head of household or a household member. Homeowners can also apply, and there is no restriction on winning again.
Meanwhile, the model home for Goduk International New Town Sujin Punggyeongchae complexes 1 and 2 will be set up at 1694-1086, Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek (near Godeok 119 Safety Center).
