The Seoul city government said on the 3rd that it expanded and overhauled the content and convenience features of Seoul Plan+, an integrated platform for urban planning projects.
Seoul Plan+ is an online integrated platform where users can check information on urban planning projects, allowing them to view at a glance the locations, scales, and implementation stages of about 2,700 projects.
Through the overhaul, the city expanded the types of urban planning projects. It newly added fast-track integrated planning, redevelopment and reconstruction, Moa Town, and the preliminary negotiation system for the Early My Home program.
The city said, "With this overhaul, users can now check the planning details, implementation stages, and public contribution information for sites subject to preliminary negotiations for urban planning changes, greatly improving the scope and usability of the information."
In addition, it was revamped to allow users to check more detailed information than before, such as the planning intent, implementation process, and planning details for each fast-track integrated planning site.
An Dae-hee, head of the Urban Space Headquarters at the Seoul city government, said, "We will revamp and expand the service and data so that citizens can directly feel changes in dwelling supply policy in their daily living areas."
