Kumho E&C said on the 30th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees for the first half of 2026. The hiring is a strategic initiative to secure key talent that will drive diversification of the business portfolio and strengthen brand competitiveness. The hiring scale is double digits.
Recruitment fields for new employees are eight in total: ▲ building construction ▲ mechanical construction ▲ electrical construction ▲ civil engineering construction ▲ dwellings sales ▲ RM ▲ human resources ▲ safety management.
The screening process will proceed in the order of document screening, online aptitude test, first interview, and second interview. Final candidates are scheduled to join the company in Jul. After introductory training, they will be assigned to headquarters and field sites. Details for each position can be found on the Kumho E&C recruitment website.
Applications can be submitted on the Kumho E&C recruitment website until 6 p.m. on the 8th of next month. Eligibility includes graduates, those with no disqualifications for overseas travel, and, for men, those who have completed or are exempt from military service.
