About 12,000 people flocked over three days this weekend to the model home for "Yeosu Soje Jungheung S-Class WOOMI Lin," unveiled in Soho-dong, Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, by Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Engineering & Construction and WOOMI Construction Co., creating a bustling scene.
On the first day the model home opened, on the 24th, a weekday, large crowds gathered to examine the interior layouts and designs. The model home also remained packed over the weekend with prospective applicants seeking sales consultations. Visitors moved briskly to review the differentiated floor plans and designs, and the place bustled with people carefully checking the subscription schedule and contract terms.
Visitors highly rated the symbolic significance of being the first pre-sale complex in the Yeosu Soje District and the reasonable sale price set under the price cap system. They also noted that the complex is near the sea, allowing some units to have ocean views, offering the potential for an ocean-view premium. In addition, there was positive feedback for thoughtful touches such as a fitness center featuring an indoor golf practice range and a climbing zone befitting a large-scale apartment complex, along with a small library, a sea yoga zone, a guesthouse, a trampoline zone, and various other community facilities, as well as the donation of a school bus to ensure safe commuting to and from school.
A sales official said, "As the first pre-sale complex in the Yeosu Soje District, the sale price has been set reasonably compared with surrounding market rates, which appears to have driven many potential buyers to visit," and noted, "Because nationwide applications are allowed without residence restrictions, inquiries are coming not only from Yeosu but also from Gwangju, Suncheon, Gwangyang, and across the greater Seoul area."
"Yeosu Soje Jungheung S-Class WOOMI Lin" will be built on blocks A3 and A4 across lot No. 828 in Soho-dong, Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, consisting of 21 buildings from five floors underground to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 1,679 dwellings of 84, 109, and 135 square meters of exclusive area. By detailed housing type, block A3 will comprise ▲ 878 units of 84 square meters ▲ 181 units of 109 square meters ▲ 36 units of 135 square meters, and block A4 will comprise ▲ 584 units of 84 square meters.
