Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH) said on the 27th it will recruit tenants for 1,154 units in the 50th round of long-term jeonse dwellings.
The supply covers a total of 74 complexes, including three new complexes and 71 complexes (districts) for re-supply. All new supply is Seoul city purchase-type, totaling 125 units: 17 units at Ellif Mia Station in Gangbuk District, 91 units at Hillstate Dongjak Signature in Dongjak District, and 17 units at Dongjak Boramae Station Precinct in Dongjak District.
Re-supply totals 1,029 units: 718 SH construction-type units in districts such as Magok and Naegok, 234 Seoul city purchase-type units including Maple Xi and Olympic Park Foreon, and 77 units under Seoul REIT No. 3. Recruitment includes standby tenants.
Eligibility is adult members of a no-home household residing in Seoul as of the announcement date. Applicants must meet income standards by dwelling size (urban worker monthly average income at or below 105% or 150%, and for dual-income households at or below 140% or 200%), total asset standards (at or below 662 million won), and car ownership standards (at or below 45.42 million won).
For dwellings of up to 85 square meters of exclusive area, application priority is determined by income conditions, residence, and the number of subscriptions to the comprehensive subscription savings; for dwellings over 85 square meters, priority is determined by the deposit amount and subscription period of the comprehensive subscription savings. Applicants for dwellings for housing-vulnerable groups must additionally meet qualifications such as being elderly or having a disability.
Priority supply targets are the elderly, people with disabilities, caregivers of elderly parents, households with two or more children, and national merit honorees. Applicants who fail in the priority supply will be automatically converted to general supply applicants for the same complex and size.
Applications are accepted online or in person. The application periods are: first priority on May 13–14, second priority on May 15, and third and fourth priorities on May 18. The document screening candidates and the winners will be announced on Jun. 12 and Oct. 27, respectively.
