Samsung C&T's construction division's home platform Homeniq is moving to expand its home platform service ecosystem through an exchange of smart residential technologies with Seohae General Construction.
Samsung C&T said on the 23rd that on the 22nd in Seocho-gu, Seoul, it signed a business contract with Seohae General Construction to build "Seohae Granble by Homeniq" to achieve differentiated residential services.
Attending the signing ceremony were Executive Vice President Lee Juyong, head of the DxP Division at Samsung C&T; Managing Director Ji Soyoung, head of the H&B Platform Business Team; and from Seohae General Construction, CEO Kim Sangdong and Managing Director Kim Gye-man, head of the Technology Division, among other key officials from both companies.
Seohae General Construction is a comprehensive builder operating residential and leisure businesses, and is pushing residential complex development in the Seoul metropolitan area and key regions nationwide centered on the apartment brand Seohae Granble and the mixed-use and residential officetel brand Seohae Sky Palace.
With this contract, "Seohae Granble by Homeniq" will first be offered to residents of the new Seohae Granble complex in Wanggil-dong, Incheon, scheduled for sale in June. Through this, Seohae Granble residents can use basic home services such as ▲ home IoT control ▲ community facility reservations ▲ resident support center functions (notices and maintenance fee inquiries) ▲ vehicle management (visitor vehicle reservations, etc.) ▲ energy management and life services (resident community and shopping, etc.).
In addition, the two companies plan to continue technology exchanges on smart residential solutions they hold, including Samsung C&T's home platform Homeniq, artificial intelligence (AI) parking services, inter-floor noise reduction, and the Renewable Energy Monitoring System (REMS) for integrated energy monitoring.
