POSCO E&C said on the 23rd it will begin sales in May for its first The Sharp-branded complex in Incheon's Geomdan New Town, "The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park."
The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park will rise on blocks 22 and 23 in Geomdan New Town in Incheon, with 26 buildings from three basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters, and a total of 2,857 households. It is a privately built housing project subject to the price ceiling for sales in public housing sites.
The complex sits in a double-station area within walking distance of Wanjeong Station on Incheon Line 2 and Geomdan Lake Park Station on Incheon Line 1. Expansion of the metropolitan transit network is also planned, including the extension of Seoul Subway Line 5 (passed preliminary feasibility study) and the GTX-D line (planned). It also offers excellent access to the Incheon International Airport Expressway and the Capital Region First and Second Ring Expressways.
Inside the units, storage-focused spaces such as an alpha room, pantry, and dressing room are standard. They come with a clean ventilation system and a food waste transfer system, and an "all-in-one dressing room" option with sliding doors and a dehumidifier is available for all types. The 84-square-meter type offers options for a face-to-face kitchen and a dry vanity area.
Community facilities will cover more than 3,000 pyeong. In addition to sports amenities such as an indoor golf range, fitness center, GX room, sauna, and indoor gym, they will include a family library, edu & business lounge, kids' zone, guesthouse, and dining lounge. The introduction of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based healthcare system is also under review.
Meanwhile, the model home for The Sharp Geomdan Lake Park will be set up around 796-5, Wondang-dong, Seo District, Incheon, and will open in May.
