WOOMI Construction Co. said on the 22nd it will begin sales for Goyang Changneung WOOMILYN Granity, which will be supplied to the third new town in Goyang Changneung. The complex, to rise on block S-1 in the Goyang Changneung district, will have four buildings with 2 basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 494 units with exclusive areas of 59, 74 and 84 square meters.
This complex is the first private-brand apartment in the Goyang Changneung district and will be supplied as a public sale complex with private-sector participation. On July 2022, it conducted an advance subscription, and in this main subscription, the remaining units excluding those for advance subscription winners will be offered.
Meanwhile, blocks S2 and S3, which will proceed as follow-up sales in the Goyang Changneung district, will apply "sharing-type" dwellings. Sale prices will be set at about 70% of market levels, with low-interest loan benefits. Block S2 did not conduct an advance subscription, so all units will be supplied through the main subscription.
The Goyang Changneung district is evaluated as an area with locational strengths thanks to access to Seoul and the GTX-A (Changneung Station) transit network. As self-sufficiency functions and transportation infrastructure expand in tandem, it is highly likely to grow into a key residential area in the northwestern Seoul metropolitan area. In last year's subscriptions, there was strong interest from demand groups, and in this year's sales market, with various types of dwellings continuing to be supplied, a market centered on end users is expected to persist.
