WOOMI Construction Co. said on the 22nd that it will begin sales next month for Goyang Changneung WOOMIRIN Granity, which will be supplied to the third-phase new town in Goyang Changneung. The complex, set to rise on block S-1 in the Goyang Changneung district, will consist of four buildings from two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 494 units with exclusive areas of 59, 74 and 84 square meters.
This complex is the first private-brand apartment in the Goyang Changneung district and will be supplied as a public subscription project with private participation. In July 2022, it held an advance subscription, and the main subscription this time will offer the remaining units excluding those allocated to advance subscription winners.
Meanwhile, blocks S2 and S3, to be released as follow-up sales in the Goyang Changneung district, will apply "sharing-type" dwellings. Sale prices will be set at about 70% of market rates, and low-interest loans will be offered. Block S2 did not hold an advance subscription, so all units will be offered through the main subscription.
The Goyang Changneung district is evaluated as an area with a locational edge thanks to access to Seoul and the GTX-A (Changneung Station) transit network. As self-sufficient functions and transportation infrastructure expand, it is highly likely to grow into a key residential area in the northwestern Seoul metropolitan region. Last year's subscriptions drew strong interest from potential buyers, and with a variety of dwelling types continuing to come to market this year, a market led by end users is expected to persist.
