HanmiGlobal, a construction project management (PM) company, said on the 20th it appointed Nam Goong-hoon, former CEO of Mastern Investment Management, as the new CEO of its real estate comprehensive finance subsidiary, HanmiGlobal Investment Management.
After graduating from Seoul National University with a degree in public law, Nam joined Shinhan Investment & Securities in 2001. He then served as the inaugural CEO of Shinhan REITs Management from 2017 to 2021. From 2022 through last year, he worked at Mastern Investment Management as an outside director, chair of the board, and CEO overseeing management. HanmiGlobal said it plans to strengthen its investment management capabilities and enhance competitiveness in the domestic real estate market through this appointment.
