According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) Cheongyakhome on the 20th, the lowest winning score for all five dwelling types—100㎡, 106㎡, 117㎡, 118㎡, and 122㎡—where first-priority subscriptions were held, was 69 points.
Subscription scores are calculated based on the period without owning a home, the length of subscription savings enrollment, and the number of dependents, among other criteria, and 69 points is the highest level available to a four-person household.
By dwelling type, the highest score was 74 points for the 122㎡ exclusive-use type, followed by 72 points for 106㎡, 71 points each for 100㎡ and 118㎡, and 69 points for 117㎡. Seventy-four points corresponds to the top score for a five-person household.
This complex also posted a high competition rate in earlier subscriptions. For special supply, 1,465 people applied for 10 homes, and in first-priority subscriptions, 10,528 people applied for 78 homes, closing all dwelling types with an average competition rate of 134.9 to 1.
