Garamm Appraisal Corporation said the same day it held a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Inbon Law Firm on the 17th and established a cooperative framework.
Through the agreement, the two organizations plan to build a close cooperative framework in the field of real estate maintenance projects and provide customers with integrated services that encompass legal affairs and appraisal.
The scope of cooperation under the MOU falls into three main areas. ▲ Organic cooperation on legal advisory services related to maintenance projects such as redevelopment and reconstruction, and on before-and-after asset appraisal work ▲ Sharing of expertise between the two organizations when handling legal disputes and litigation related to compensation appraisal, collateral appraisal, and auction appraisal ▲ Knowledge-sharing activities such as sharing updates on the latest legal and case law trends and holding joint seminars.
The agreement also states that when requested by the other party, the organizations will assign experts in the relevant field on a priority basis, and that cooperation on individual projects can be specified through separate contracts.
The agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing and will be automatically renewed on the same terms unless a separate notice of termination is given.
They view the agreement as significant in that it allows each organization to complement the other's area of expertise and create an environment where customers can receive one-stop services without having to make separate inquiries.
A Garamm Appraisal Corporation official said, "The combination of fair and reliable value estimation with legal expertise will help meet customer expectations."
