Jeong-dong Lotte Castle 136 will be built in Sunhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, as a single building with 7 basement levels and 20 above-ground floors, consisting of 102 apartment-style dwellings with an exclusive area of 59㎡ and 34 officetel units with exclusive areas of 118–119㎡. Of these, 62 dwellings and 34 officetel units, excluding rentals, are available for general sale.
