Four hundred eighty units will be supplied in the area around Singeumho Station on Seoul Subway Line 5.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government said on the 16th that it held the sixth Urban Planning Committee meeting on the 15th and approved with amendments the proposal to designate a maintenance zone and decide the maintenance plan for the station-area long-term jeonse housing urban renewal-type redevelopment project around 684, Geumho-dong 2-ga, Seongdong-gu.
The goal is to supply five apartment buildings, from five basement levels to 21 above-ground floors, totaling 480 units (329 private sale units, 59 mandatory rental units under redevelopment, and 92 long-term jeonse housing units) on the site near Singeumho Station on Line 5. Fifty percent of the long-term jeonse housing will be offered as "Mirinae-jip" for newlyweds.
The city also approved with amendments the proposal to designate a maintenance zone and decide the maintenance plan for the station-area long-term jeonse housing urban renewal-type redevelopment project around 542-7, Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang-gu. The site is in the station area of Myeonmok Station on Line 7 and is adjacent to the Dongbu Arterial Road. Under the maintenance plan, the site will have a total of 2,195 apartment units across 17 buildings, with four basement levels and 20 above-ground floors (569 long-term jeonse housing units and 163 redevelopment rental units). Fifty percent of the long-term jeonse housing will be supplied as Mirinae-jip.
The proposal to designate a maintenance zone and decide the maintenance plan for the Yangcheon-gu Omokgyo Station station-area activation project, an urban renewal-type redevelopment, was also approved with amendments. In the area of 86-45, Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon-gu, a mixed-use residential and commercial building is planned with a floor area ratio of up to 400% and a height of up to 100 meters. The site is located south of Omokgyo Station, surrounded by the Mok-dong apartment complex and the Anyangcheon, giving it strong locational advantages.
Meanwhile, as a result of the Urban Planning Committee's first regeneration subcommittee review held the previous day, a proposal to amend the Jungnang-gu Junghwa 2-dong urban regeneration activation plan was approved with amendments. In connection with the Jungnang-gu Junghwa 2-dong Urban Regeneration New Deal project, the plan updates the priming projects that improve the local environment with national and local funds.
