KT Estate, the KT Group's comprehensive real estate corporations, will develop the KT Yeongtong Building in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, to supply housing.
KT Estate said on the 16th that starting on the 17th it will open the model dwellings for "Yeongtong Station WOOMI L'Lyn" and begin full-scale sales.
Supplied as residential officetels, this complex is a product that concentrates KT Estate's development capabilities. KT Estate plans to present a new residential paradigm at this complex through innovative design and differentiated living infrastructure.
WOOMI Construction Co. will handle the construction of the complex. It will comprise a total of 305 units and rise up to 29 stories. It will consist of premium, mid- to large-size residential officetels with exclusive areas of 76㎡, 84㎡, 119㎡, and 119PH㎡.
The 84A type of Yeongtong Station WOOMI L'Lyn features a preferred four-bay, flat-plate layout. The living room comes standard with a double-sided art wall, and a hallway and entry pantry and a large, wide walk-in closet are also provided.
For the 119B type, the living room has an open layout on two sides, and a circulation flow that connects both the kitchen and hallway includes a care pantry that improves storage efficiency. In addition to the entry pantry and a large master bedroom walk-in closet, a walk-in closet is also installed in bedroom 3.
Engineered stone, typically an optional item, is provided as standard for the kitchen countertop, entry threshold, and vanity top, and premium sheet panels from the hallway to the living room are also standard.
The standard ceiling height is 2.4 meters, and including the tray ceiling in the living room it reaches 2.5 meters, adding a sense of openness. The living room's tray ceiling features upscale direct and indirect lighting on all four sides.
System air conditioners, generally an optional item, are also provided as standard in four to five units depending on the type, offering a higher standard of living.
Yeongtong Station WOOMI L'Lyn also has apartment-grade community facilities. They include a fitness club, an indoor golf practice range, a shared office, a coin laundry, a daycare center, and a rooftop garden on the fourth floor.
Residents can also access smart ICT services. A "luggage delivery robot" will move heavy items from the parking lot to the front of units, and a cleaning robot will help keep common areas of the community facilities clean.
For resident health services, personalized exercise guidance will be provided based on InBody body composition measurement data, and residents can experience smart riding that allows them to choose a course and race in Virtual Reality (VR). A smart kiosk with facial recognition will be installed in the community center so residents can conveniently use the facilities without a key card.
The complex boasts a prime location right by Yeongtong Station on the Suin–Bundang Line. It is about 50 meters from exit 2 of Yeongtong Station. Using the Suin–Bundang Line, riders can reach the Gangnam Business District (GBD) without transfers. When residents move in, the opening of Yeongtong Station on the Dongtan–Indeogwon Line is scheduled, positioning the site as a double-station hub.
The education environment and living infrastructure are also abundant. Within 300 meters of the complex are prestigious school districts including Yeongil Elementary School and Yeongtong Middle School, and the Yeongtong private academy district, a leading hub in Suwon, is also nearby.
Yeongtong Station WOOMI L'Lyn is scheduled to begin its subscription schedule with the opening of the model dwellings on the 17th.
