About 1,400 applicants flocked to the special supply lottery for "Ichon LE | EL," a remodeling project for the Hyundai Apartment in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription portal on the 10th, 1,465 people applied the day before for the special supply of 10 dwellings at Ichon LE | EL. The average competition rate was 146.5 to 1.
By application type, there were 1,391 applicants for large families (8 dwellings) and 74 applicants for elderly-parent support (2 dwellings). By dwelling type, the 100㎡ type had the highest competition rate at 206.7 to 1, followed by the 122㎡ type (160.0 to 1), the 106㎡ type (131.3 to 1), the 118㎡ type (105.0 to 1), and the 117㎡ type (55.0 to 1).
The complex has 9 buildings with 3 basement levels to a maximum of 27 stories above ground, totaling 750 dwellings with exclusive areas of 95–198㎡. A total of 88 dwellings with exclusive areas of 100–122㎡ are for general sale. The price for the 122㎡ exclusive type ranges from 3.155 billion won to 3.304 billion won, more than 1 billion won cheaper than comparable nearby complexes. A 124㎡ exclusive at the nearby "Raemian Chelitus" had a transaction at 4.44998 billion won on Jan. 12.
Ichon LE | EL will proceed with first-priority applications for the general supply today, following the special supply held the day before.
