GS Engineering & Construction said on the 10th that it opened the model home for Doan Xi Centum Riche, which will be built at 267-3 Yonggye-dong, Daejeon, and is beginning full-scale sales.
Doan Xi Centum Riche will have two basement levels and rise up to 42 floors above ground, with a total of 2,293 households. Of these, 946 households in Complex 1 (Block 26) and 834 households in Complex 2 (Block 30), totaling 1,780 households, will be offered for general sale. By type, Complex 1 consists of 841 households of 84㎡ and 105 households of 99㎡ by exclusive area, and Complex 2 consists of 626 households of 84㎡, 206 households of 115㎡, and 2 households of 134㎡P.
Starting with special supply on Apr. 20, first-priority subscriptions will be on the 21st and second-priority on the 22nd. The winner announcements will be on the 28th for Complex 1 and the 29th for Complex 2, allowing duplicate applications between the two, and the binding contract period will run for three days from May 12 to 14.
The complex sits in a station-area location about a five-minute walk from Yonggye Station (planned) on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 (tram). Sites for an elementary school and a high school are planned right next to Complex 1, and a new middle school is being pursued near Complex 2, raising expectations that an environment with all elementary, middle and high schools nearby will be created.
In terms of living infrastructure, residents can conveniently use existing facilities such as Lotte Mart, NC Department Store, Lotte Cinema and Konyang University Hospital. In addition, a Central Park (Neighborhood Park No. 118) of about 350,000㎡ is planned to be created to the south of the complex, which is expected to improve the residential environment.
The model home is located at 667-6 Yonggye-dong, Yuseong District, Daejeon, and move-ins are scheduled for Oct. 2029 for Complex 1 and Dec. 2029 for Complex 2.
